She says: “I see myself as progressive, evangelical, and conservative. Briefly: Our God is always creating, always challenging and growing us (progressive). I am called to share the good news with others (evangelical). I like to use the creativity that I have been gifted with, but I am challenged by radical, outside-the-box thinking and behaving (conservative).” “I believe that faith must be reflected in action, that all persons are beloved children of God and fully included in God’s kingdom, that Jesus continues to be active in our world wherever there are ‘open doors, open minds, and open hearts,’ and that the Holy Spirit moves constantly in the world.” “As a leader, I am an encourager and facilitator, with a cooperative, collaborative leadership style…I encourage leaders to lead, while at the same time expecting and facilitating clear ongoing communication to ensure that we are working in sync…”
